Consultation of the Property Management Services Ordinance

Dear Members and Friends,

As you are aware, the Hong Kong SAR Government is going to implement the Property Management Services Ordinance (Cap. 626) in the year 2019. However, the ordinance invites a lot of discontents from various bodies, including property management, security, legal, accounting etc. which are associated with the property management industry.

We have received the letter from the Chamber of Security Industry to the Property Management Services Authority expressing their views towards this legislation and have the consent from its Chairman to display the letter herewith for your perusal.
