Information Security Showcase 2013

Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) is going to organize the Information Security Showcase on 26 June 2013 (Wednesday) in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
With the gaining popularity of BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) and Cloud Computing, the data security and privacy issues will become a vital concern and data protection will help address these issues. The theme of the Information Security Showcase this year - "Data Protection in Mobile and Cloud Environments" - emphasizes the importance of security in these two emerging technologies. The showcase will be an excellent channel for information security products and service providers to exhibit the different ways that can protect our data stored in mobile and cloud environment. For participants, the informative seminar sessions and latest tools available from the exhibitors will also extend their understanding on the security issues relating to mobile and cloud computing and the protection mechanism available.
Organized by Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC), the Information Security Showcase this year will be held on 26 June 2013 (Wednesday) in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. HKPC has been organizing the showcase for consecutive 13 years and this year will again be conducted in the form of seminars and exhibition on various aspects of Information Security in one day, and then followed by a series of in-depth workshops. Overseas experts from the industry will be invited to conduct speeches and workshops.
